The M150 utilizes a rotary draw bending method, where the tube is pulled around a die to achieve the desired angle. This method ensures smooth, accurate bends with minimal distortion.
Up to 2inch tube diameter.
Radius between 100mm and 500mm.
Up to 180 degrees bends.
Square or round profiles.
Mild steel or aluminum.
We combined method of 3D printing and plasma cutting to make our own dies for tube bender.
It alows us to create tools "as needed" within 24hr. Reliable tool sets allow to accurate bend tubes up to 180 degrees.
Layered construction of tools provides easy convertion between square tubing and round tubing.
